This tool has a torque range of 100–500 Nm with an accuracy of ±4%, making it suitable for tasks such as assembling and maintaining large gearboxes or engine components in heavy industry. It is intended for clockwise fastening and features a robust 72-teeth ratchet mechanism with a 5° swing arc, quick-release button, and twist reverse function. The click-type mechanism emits an audible signal to alert the user when the set torque is reached, preventing over-torquing. The handle has an ergonomic grip made of bi-material, with marks showing where to place the hand. A locking button ensures that the torque setting does not change accidentally during use. It has an easy-to-read Nm scale with a resolution of 2.5 Nm for precise torque adjustments. The torque wrench is 790 mm long, 68 mm wide, and weighs 3.1 kg, built to last. It comes in a protective storage case for easy transport. Each torque wrench is assigned a unique number and individually tested to comply with ISO 6789 standards and comes with a ‘Declaration of Conformance’ for guaranteed accuracy. All CT models undergo an additional check for conformance before being dispatched from the TengTools warehouse in the UK.
