Teng Tools products are designed in Sweden and manufactured in Taiwan.

Where is my nearest Teng Tools dealer?
Visit the ‘Where to buy’ page to find your local Teng Tools dealer or distributor. Here you will also find their contact information. The "Where to buy" page is only available when you have made a choice in the market selector. You find the market selector in the header of the site on desktop, or in the bottom of the menu on mobile devices.
What warranty do Teng Tools offer?
Teng Tools offer a lifetime warranty which means that all Teng Tools products will be replaced or repaired should they break during normal usage due to a manufacturing or material fault. We do sell products that contain moving parts like ratchets & torque wrenches that need to be serviced regularly. Service kits are available for these items.

How does order & collect work?
With order & collect you can place your order on our website and the items will be delivered to your chosen Teng Tools dealer who will contact you to collect and pay in store.
How do i shop using order & collect?
Add your item(s) to your shopping basket, proceed to checkout and login to your Teng Tools account. Choose your local Teng Tools you would like to collect your purchases from and place your order. Your selected Teng Tools dealer will contact you when your order is ready for collection. This may take up to 1-2 working days. You can then collect your items and pay in store. Please bring the following information with you: Your ‘Order Confirmation’ email print-outs or you can show this on your phone or tablet Photographic ID (Drivers Licence or Passport) .
When do i pay for the items?
You pay for the goods upon collection at your local Teng Tools dealer.
Why should i register an account?
Creating a Teng Tools account is required for placing orders. Additional account benefits include saving your personal details and viewing past purchase history so your future shopping experience will be quicker and more enjoyable.
By registering, will you pass my details on to any other companies?
We take your privacy very seriously and treat all your personal information as confidential. We will not disclose your information to a third party without your consent. Please see our Privacy Policy for more detailed information.
Are all of the items listed in stock?
Our store is linked to a computerised stock control system which automatically updates to reflect our stock levels. If an item is listed as being ‘in stock’ in our store, it is in stock. If an item is out of stock, the listing will alter to reflect this change.
How do i return an item?
You have 14 days upon receipt of your purchase to decide whether to keep your items. For more details, please see our Returns Policy.
Can i cancel my order?
We will try to get your order delivered to your nearest Teng Tools stockist as quickly as possible. Therefore, after your order is placed, you will have a very limited time to cancel the order before it is dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched, we will be unable to cancel your order. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order. When you receive your order, you can return it. Please see our Returns Policy for more information about this process.
How do i know if you have received my order?
We will send you a confirmation email when we have received your order.
What do i do if there is a problem with my order?
